MISSION Define and develop customer value proposition for offer building with product and service, channel with access to target market, value position with competition diagnosis and customer approaches with experience and engagement, to lead and drive segmentation growth in aligned target customers, through strong customer insights generation, strategic planning and B2B market / ecosystem knowledge.KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTSMarketing Strategy Planning o Analyze Market, segment, competitors and customer evolution in order to provide a long-term strategy and mid-term tacticso Interprets insights to identify and prioritize opportunities to innovate and revolutionize organizational products and services.o Identify gains/pains of the customers in order to develop value proposition and offer to market based on segments/areas deep-dive and diagnosis in product and serviceo Build the segment strategy in line with the global and regional strategyDevelop Customer Value Propositiono Understand and identify growth opportunities and areas for market evolution by applying insights (volumes, Share of Market and margin ambitions)o Update / revamp the business model (customer relationship, channel, partners, internal resources..) according to the customer value propositiono Perform appropriate profitability analyses and makes recommendations to support short-term and long-term decisionso Achieve revenue and financial management goals within the segments and customers simulation, including P
