Purpose of the Job :
Competitive buying, sustainable sourcing and building purpose-led partnerships for Logistics services (Warehousing, Transportation) in China
Key Accountabilities:
You are expected to Deliver on the key matrices of World class service, Competitive Cost and Sustainable sourcing by
Understanding market conditions as well as forecasting future markets trends.
Co-creating and Implementing Procurement strategies for your portfolio.
Planning and Executing Procurement Decisions of who to buy from, how to buy, when to buy
Working closely with Internal Operations team and External Supply Partners to drive key initiatives.
Troubleshooting supply Chain issues (e.g. Crisis Management)
Identifying and Implementing tools and process to optimize sourcing practices

【任職要求】
Skills
An ideal candidate is expected to have
Strong analytical skills
Financial analysis and reporting
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Power Point
SAP and Digital sourcing Platforms knowledge (advantage)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Fluency in spoken and written English and any Indian language preferable

The below Procurement skills will be an added advantage.

Education and Experiences
The Candidate should have
either a bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years experience in Procurement / Supply Chain Management
Or a master’s degree with specialization in Procurement / Supply Chain with at least 2 years experience in Procurement / Supply Chain Management
Relevant Experience in Procurement of Logistics Services will be preferable.
