1. Responsible for full-year HC Content strategy and execution plan
2. Responsible for managing Douyin Partner to focus on content production and efficiency enhancement.
3. Responsible for managing QianChuan short videos to drive traffic for livestream and Dou-Mall, ensuring kpi delivery including 3s playing rate/CTR/CVR and media ROI (Qianchuan ROI
