Work closely with operations and other teams within the project to meet customers’ requirement and solve daily operational issue.
61 To keep day-to-day correspondence and communicate between customer ，oversea offices and shipper/consignee. Provides information and documentation to airlines timely.
61 Generate documents such as Manifest, HAWB and Freight Invoice etc. according to Working Sheet which CS made. Coordinate with related team for booking space and cargo daily uplift status.

61 Procar and Tango System data daily input and maintenance.
61 Ensure the accuracy of system transactions and documents creation.

61 Track and trace shipments where necessary, i.e. critical orders, delayed orders etc. and communicate progress internally and to customers.
61 Liaise with domestic and overseas colleagues and local clients to ensure a smooth air freight shipment handling.
61 Provide reports and statistic according to customers’ requirements.
61 Handle complaints and claims from customers and to co-ordinate exceptional cases with agents.
61 Perform any special duties / projects as assigned by the management.

61 At lease 1 years’ experience with forwarding company, trading company or relevant business industry.
