崗位職責
Job Description
1. 實現季度及年度銷售目標
1. Achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets
2. 跟進分部項目落地全過程
2. Follow up the whole course of projects at branch level
3. 建立并維系開發商及經銷商良好的客情關系
3. Establish and maintain the relationship with developers and third parties
4. 跟蹤并完成合同流程，確保開發商按時支付貨款
4. Track and fulfill the contracting process, and ensure the punctual payment from developers
5. 協助經銷商為開發商提供優質的服務
5. Support third parties to provide superior service to developers
專業資質要求
Professional Requirements
1.本科及以上學歷
2.相關建材市場/項目渠道銷售經驗，家電、潔具、日暖等行業建材經驗優先
3.優良的溝通能力和談判技巧, 以結果為導向，有較強的責任心及抗壓能力
4.熟練使用辦公軟件（excel、PPT等）
