崗位職責：
1、Updating TD of farm situation on regular base
定期向生產總監更新農場的情況
2、Passing new instructions to management and follow up execution
向農場管理人員（指負責具體工作的人員）傳遞工作指令并跟進執行
3、Crop protection schedules together with TD and spray manager
與生產總監和打藥經理一起制定打藥計劃
4、Crop management schedules with TD and crop managers
與生產總監和作物經理一起制定作物管理計劃
5、Labor planning with farm management
根據農場管理要求制定人工計劃
6、Weekly meeting with all farm and production management
組織所有農場和的生產管理層的周例會
7、Weekly meeting with technical team
組織與技術團隊的周例會
8、Minutes of all production meetings and follow up and maintain outstanding points of action list
所有生產會議的紀要以及跟進和維護重點工作清單
9、Efficiency in all departments.
提高生產部門的工作效率
10、Cost saving within production department
節約生產成本
11、Collect all information needed for company reports and distribute.
收集公司報告所需的所有信息并分發
12、Complete other tasks assigned by the leader
完成領導安排的其他工作

崗位要求：
1、大專及以上學歷，英語可作為工作語言
2、有農業行業工作經驗的優先考慮
3、熱情、足智多謀、善于溝通、高效、勤奮

崗位待遇：
