1. Design and implement comprehensive talent development strategies, including leadership development, succession planning, and employee career pathways.
2.Conduct thorough needs assessments and talent audits to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
3.Develop and deliver engaging development programs, workshops, and learning experiences to enhance employee capabilities and engagement.
4.Create and manage mentorship and coaching programs to support professional growth and skill acquisition.
5. Implement talent review processes that align with talent development goals, providing feedback and coaching to employees and managers with a focus on key successors.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent development, bringing innovative ideas to the organization.
7.Evaluate the effectiveness of talent development initiatives through data analysis and feedback mechanisms, making continuous improvements.
8.Lead the performance management process and utilizes analytical tools to assess and improve individual and organization performance.
9. Implementation of performance system construction and continuous optimization, performance system operation process tracking and feedback.
10. Proposed improvement the company's performance appraisal policy, propose incentive plans and specific implementation measures.
11. Implement recruitment work and improve the construction of talents.
12.Corporate culture Promoting: strengthen corporate culture constructure by taking a series of actions, including but not limited to recruitment activities, team activities, marketing event etc.
