MISSION :
? Senior PE in Michelin is to mainly focus on F/P2P related processes by taking into account group’s best practices, IS developments in the domain and transverse cross-domain interfaces.
Main responsibilities,
? Able to collect business requirements with capability of challenging status quo, identify the gaps and design to be process with collaboration of business process owners
? Ensure proper validation of new business requirements and continuous improvement in routine operation.
? In-charge of business model and business process design and implementation.
? Guarantee the best performance of related process execution for above domain, associated data quality, continuous improvement and best usage of Michelin application that are supporting them.
? Ensure the development of Business Process Owner approved Group operational standards, as well as the achievement of performance targets set for Group KPI.
? Identify and provide training for key users and works as business level 2 support for end users. Process is designed and in compliance with performance
