What You Will Do:
？Gain a thorough understanding of iRobot
？Provides support in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning and development, and recognition.
？Work with the HR Business Partners to continuously improve, update, and maintain HR tools and processes？
？Complete exit interviews
？Support all the strategic initiatives
